We offer a flat rate of $10 shipping per order. You are also free to come pick up your order in-store during store hours.
By declining the signature confirmation on an offer, you (the buyer) are waiving your right to file an INR (item not received) claim and would not be eligible for a refund. If we feel an order will require direct signature confirmation, we may add it to your order at no additional charge. This is usually the case on high-ticket or large quantity orders.
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS ground.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed (excluding Mondays), and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
All orders will come double boxed.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
